What you will do

• Coach multiple product teams during the transition to a product-centric operating model
• Embed a scaled agile framework (LeSS preferred) and ensure consistent adoption
• Bridge Agile ways of working with strong engineering practices
• Support teams in software design, delivery flow, and technical decision-making
• Introduce and reinforce CI/CD, automated testing, trunk-based development, and DevOps culture
• Facilitate cross-team learning and reduce dependencies and silos
• Help teams define and use technical health and flow metrics
• Act as a trusted partner for engineers, product leaders, and management

What you bring

• 10+ years of experience in software design and delivery (developer or architect background)
• Proven experience coaching teams in a scaled agile environment (LeSS is a strong asset)
• Deep understanding of engineering practices (DDD, TDD/ATDD, CI/CD, DevOps)
• Experience working across multiple teams in complex enterprise environments
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-management skills
• Ability to quickly understand new business domains
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
• Comfortable working on-site in Brussels
