We are looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Project Manager to join our growing delivery team in Belgium.This role is ideal for a professional who already has strong business exposure and stakeholder management experience, and who has participated in software implementation and/or upgrade projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage ERP / IT delivery projects across Europe
  • Act as a key point of contact between HOIST and the customer
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation following HOIST methodology
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and mitigate risks
  • Track project resources and ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and feedback
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment


MUST Have Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification or equivalent qualification
  • Proven track record of delivering software implementation/upgrade projects on time and within budget
  • Experience working in client-facing roles


MUST Have Skills & Attributes:

  • Good understanding of ERP systems or enterprise software environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office tools
  • 25%+ availability for travel
  • Fluent in English and French or Dutch
  • Residing and legally eligible to work in Belgium
