Data Analyst – Expert

Contract Duration: 12 months

Work Model: Hybrid (50% on-site / 50% remote)

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst – Expert with advanced data analysis, focusing on Business Objects (BO) and Tableau to join a leading banking client in Brussels.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, transform, and analyse raw data using advanced sourcing and analytical techniques.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights to enhance customer engagement and business strategies.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards.
• Provide functional support to users of Business Objects and Tableau, ensuring reliable and efficient usage.
• Define and maintain housekeeping procedures for BO and Tableau environments to ensure data quality and consistency.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience administering and managing Business Objects and Tableau environments.
• Strong experience developing Tableau dashboards and Web Intelligence (Webi) reports.
• Familiarity with third-party tools such as 360 is an advantage.
• At least 6 years’ experience in Data Analytics.
• Solid understanding of banking operations.
• Master’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Dutch and/or French is highly desirable.
• Strong communicator and team player with influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis abilities.
