Digital Analytics

We're looking for a Digital Analytics expert (Dutch or French) to join one of our clients' teams.

What are your responsibilities?

• Define digital measurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decisions.
• Cross-analyze various data sources (SEO, heatmaps, AB tests, surveys…) for deep insight.
• Identify friction points in the customer journey and conduct CRO audits.
• Develop testable hypotheses and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Analyze experiment results using statistical significance frameworks.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Manage tag implementation via a tag management system (e.g. GTM).
• Ensure proper cookie policy and GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate with UX, PO, developers, copywriters, and analysts.

What are your qualifications?

• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, CRO, and experimentation.
• Advanced skills in JavaScript, SQL, BigQuery.
• Hands-on experience with CRO platforms.
• Proficient in creating dashboards and data visualizations.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytics strategies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid time management; able to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of GDPR compliance and cookie management.
• Experience working in cross-functional digital teams (UX, PO, Dev…).
