We are looking for multiple skilled Senior AI Engineers to join our team as we are about to embark on a large project to radically transform how organizations run their businesses.
Who would you be working with?
Since 2010, we have grown to almost 800 people, more than 3000 customers, and we are looking forward to continuing this growth journey! We provide the full spectrum of financial services, from accounting to interim CFOs for some of the fastest growing companies in Finland as well as all over the Nordics. Everyone works closely together, meaning you will be working with other CFO’s, Accountants, Payroll Specialists, HR specialists, Systems and Integrations Specialists, but most importantly, with great customers.
Besides our consulting services, we already have a large, established tech team with over a hundred people who use programming languages for working with data, out of which 30 belong to the python-based data team that you will be working closely with. Your immediate team is our Service Line Leaders and the AI/Data Engineer team.

The Role:
As a Senior AI Engineer, you
- develop and deploy AI solutions that we ourselves and customers can use to run their businesses more efficiently. Design, build and maintain AI-powered applications and services (e.g. RAG systems, AI agents, copilots).
- own technical leadership in various projects.
- have a will to continuously develop the teams' AI know-how. Ensure reliability, observability and scalability of AI services (monitoring, logging, evaluation, cost control).
- work with different colleagues across Greenstep's businesses. You will collaborate with business experts, CFOs and data engineers to identify use cases and turn them into production solutions.
- stay up to date with AI/ML developments and propose new tools and approaches.
- Proven track record in AI-related customer work, projects or consultancy.
- 5+ years experience with programing in python.
- Tools / Must have: Python, Azure, SQL, APIs, langchain, RAG, Agents, FastAPI.
- Tools / Nice to have: Kubernetes, Terraform, Typescript, JavaScript, React.
- Fluency in English, Finnish or Swedish – proficiency in additional languages is appreciated.
