Lead Software Engineer (Frontend Leaning Fullstack)

Dublin (Hybrid - 3 days p/w onsite)

Around €90K - €100K p/a + healthcare, 5% pension etc.

Health-tech scaleup growing their engineering team in Dublin.

The Role

A hands-on lead of a small team of engineers building an intelligent healthcare product. This would be ideal for a frontend leaning fullstack engineer... bringing React expertise, but also capable of contributing to their Python backends when needed. We're hoping you can encourage a creative/curious environment for engineers, work closely with the wider business, product, implementation, data teams etc, and ensure everyone is aligned and projects are on track. The company is genuinely at the forefront of innovation in their field, and they’re in the process of finalising plans for a new product built that could completely change the entire landscape.

The Person

• 8+ years’ experience as a software engineer.
• Frontend expertise (React).
• Passionate about building products that solve real problems.
• Comfortable working fullstack would be ideal.
• Capable of driving architecture, hands-on development, and full-cycle delivery.
• Experience working in a startup/scaleup would be nice to have.
• Strong mentor/communicator.
