DevOps Engineer - AWS, Terraform, CloudFormation, Python, Bash, Jenkins - Hybrid, Bologna
A large global organisation are looking to hire a DevOps Engineer to assist on a large scale project.
This will be a 12 months initial contract with the possibility for multiple extensions.
The role will be based in Bologna, Italy on a Hybrid basis – 2 days required on site.
The first 2/3 weeks you would be required to be on site full time.
Partita IVA / Freelance Contract
Fluent in English & Italian is mandatory
Key Responsibilities/Skills
- Experience as a DevOps Engineer or a similar role.
- Knowledge of AWS Services.
- Extensive experience with IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash: ability to automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency.
- Experience with tools like Ansible for configuration management.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools like Jenkins.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience with networking.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana and Dynatrace.
- Install or upgrade vendor systems on-premises/in cloud.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and groovy.
