Job Description
- Manage distribution business product portfolio
- Responsibility for the market in Italy
- Determine pricing, sales and marketing strategies
- Ensure direct, personal and competent interaction with principals
- Product portfolio analysis and optimization support
- Market Survey & Analysis
- Technical/commercial support to the sales team
- Ensure stock availability and control of working capital with supply chain management
- Develop profitability
- Forecast, reporting and competition monitoring
Requirements
- Technical Degree in Chemistry / Engineering
- Relevant experience in Specialty Chemical distribution business, with proven sales track record
- Excellent written, presentation and verbal skills in English and Italian
- Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- High personal responsibility and high self-motivation
- Willingness for travelling max 40%
- Product/Principal Management expertise
- Good knowledge of IT office tools (MS-Office)
- Good Knowledge of using Salesforce
