Product Manager Italy

Job Description

• Manage distribution business product portfolio
• Responsibility for the market in Italy
• Determine pricing, sales and marketing strategies
• Ensure direct, personal and competent interaction with principals
• Product portfolio analysis and optimization support
• Market Survey & Analysis
• Technical/commercial support to the sales team
• Ensure stock availability and control of working capital with supply chain management
• Develop profitability
• Forecast, reporting and competition monitoring

Requirements

• Technical Degree in Chemistry / Engineering
• Relevant experience in Specialty Chemical distribution business, with proven sales track record
• Excellent written, presentation and verbal skills in English and Italian
• Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
• High personal responsibility and high self-motivation
• Willingness for travelling max 40%
• Product/Principal Management expertise
• Good knowledge of IT office tools (MS-Office)
• Good Knowledge of using Salesforce
