In Swedbank P&C Insurance you have the opportunity to:
- Create high quality code, thorough testing and review processes;
- Design high performance, reliable Java applications;
- Collaborate with teams to perform system analysis, define, design, and ship new features while taking full responsibility for projects;
- Own the operation of our team’s services, taking charge of troubleshooting and resolving incidents when they arise.
- 3 years of experience in Java development;
- Experience with PL/SQL within Oracle relational databases
- Being proactive, analytical, detail-oriented, and responsible while demonstrating self-motivation with the ability to work independently and collaboratively;
- Accountability by meeting deadlines and achieving project goals while continuously seeking feedback and opportunities for personal growth;
- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Insurance domain business and/or IT system;
- Ability to lead the projects;
- Presentation and communication skills;
- Java, Oracle database certifications;
- Bachelor's or Masters’ degree in related field;
- Experience in agile way of working.
