We are looking for a proactive and creative Senior HR Specialist, a true Master of the Unseen, to join our team. This role combines HR management, internal and external communications, Learning & Development, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Employer Branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will be strategic, creative, and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while fostering positive employee experience across our international organization.

General Responsibilities

  • Foster positive employee relations by maintaining an open-door policy, addressing employee concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Create, take ownership, and maintain HR policies, ensuring they are up to date, compliant, and effectively communicated across the organization.
  • Drive and oversee Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, ensuring alignment with company values, employee engagement goals, and broader business objectives.
  • Manage Learning and Development (L&D) framework, working closely with managers and stakeholders to identify training needs, coordinate programs, and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance across all HR activities.
  • Drive internal and external communications through strategic execution, ensuring consistent, impactful messaging that is aligned with brand guidelines and company positioning.
  • Continuously improve HR processes to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Coordinate and deliver strategic HR and Employer Branding projects ensuring structured planning, stakeholder communication and management , and adherence to agreed timelines.
  • Support the HR Manager by contributing to ad hoc projects and cross-functional HR initiatives.

Job requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (both - verbal and written) in English and Latvian language (required for communication across our international locations and with international employees).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to plan, execute, and evaluate outcomes.
  • Strong visual communication skills and experience in creating presentations, visual materials.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, Canva and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proactiveness, solution-orientation, and adaptability.
  • Capability of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

We offer:

  • Monthly gross salary from 2200 to 2700 EUR, depending on your level of expertise.
  • Hybrid way of working with cozy office space in the center of Riga, requiring at least three days per week on-site.
