Your role

We are looking for a full-time Senior Marketing Project Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will coordinate and drive marketing projects that support onboarding and lifecycle communication across all Selfnamed channels. You will help turn ideas into clear plans, keep stakeholders aligned, and make sure projects move forward smoothly and on time.

Here’s what the role entails:

• Managing marketing projects from planning to delivery.
• Coordinating cross-functional work between marketing, content, design, and other stakeholders.
• Helping plan and maintain timelines, priorities, and project documentation.
• Keeping day-to-day execution organized, following up on tasks, and removing blockers.
• Supporting the marketing team with campaign coordination across owned channels.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and with consistent quality.
• Improving team workflows by identifying gaps and suggesting better ways of working.

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or a similar coordination role.
• Understanding of lifecycle marketing concepts and content-driven channels like email and blog.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Clear communication, comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and keep projects moving.
• Interest and experience in using AI to more efficiently plan and organize projects.
• English proficiency (written and spoken) for working with international markets.

• A base salary 2300 - 3200 EUR gross based on experience and previous track record
