Join the Payments Group as a Team Lead within Payments and Cards services department and take responsibility for driving process improvements and ensuring the delivery of quality payment services for SEB Bank customers in Baltic countries. You would be a part of management team in Baltic Business Services Center and contribute significantly to implementing its digital agenda.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Leading and inspiring the team of eight employees responsible for payments in all three Baltic countries
- Team activity planning and coordination
- Ensuring quality services and continuous process improvements
- Supporting team members with daily tasks
- Interacting with stakeholders from different teams across SEB in terms of payment services
- Leadership experience
- Expertise in Payment products and processes
- Strong personal drive and ability to inspire others
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English language
- Modern and flexible environment

- Leadership role within a highly professional and diverse team
