About the Role
What your mission with us will encompass:
- RPA Development (Primary Focus | 50–70%): This is the main responsibility of the role, with approximately 50–70% of your time dedicated to hands-on RPA development. Design, develop and implement automation solutions with Power Automate Desktop as the primary tool. Build robust desktop automations leveraging UI interaction, scripting, error handling, and reusable components. Ensure automations are efficient, scalable and follow best practices.
- Process Analysis & Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse processes, define requirements, and translate them into clear documentation (PDD/functional descriptions).
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for automated processes, including process descriptions, solution designs and technical specifications.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform thorough testing of automation workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability and stability. Identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with business users and IT teams to ensure successful deployment, handover and ongoing support.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with RPA and automation trends. Be willing to expand knowledge in related technologies, including Blue Prism, AI tools, and integration platforms.
About You
Something that will help you excel in this role:
- Experience: Proven hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop (and Cloud) in designing and deploying production‑ready automations.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Power Automate Desktop (PAD), UI automation, selectors, exception handling, and desktop automation best practices; experience with Cloud Flows is a bonus. Experience with Blue Prism or other RPA tools is a significant bonus.
- Process Documentation: Ability to analyse business processes and prepare structured and clear documentation.
- Problem‑Solving: Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Communication: Solid communication skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non‑technical colleagues.
- Learning Mindset: Willingness to learn new automation tools and expand capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred (not mandatory).
Additional Strengths (preferred but not required)
Candidates with the following skills will be given extra consideration:
- Blue Prism: Experience in Blue Prism development, infrastructure, or Decipher.
- Intelligent Automation Tools: Knowledge of Power Apps, SharePoint, or other automation platforms.
- Programming: Experience with C#, .NET, SQL, Python or similar languages.
- Cloud & Integrations: Familiarity with Azure, APIs, and integration patterns.
- AI & ML: Understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they complement automation.
- Project Delivery: Experience working in agile teams or managing automation initiatives.
- Basic Project Management: Ability to plan, prioritize and track automation tasks, coordinate with stakeholders, and support delivery timelines.

Salary Range in Lithuania: €3525 - 5400 EUR per month (before tax). The final offer will be based on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
