We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administration Specialist to join our team at Staticus. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate HR administration, payroll- related processes, and compliance with labor and migration regulations while providing high- quality support to employees and internal stakeholders.

Your future role

• Ensuring legal compliance in international HR documentation.
• Administering employee benefits.
• Administering migration documentation.
• Ensuring employee first-line support for people-related questions.
• Ensuring HR reporting.
• Initiating and participating in process improvement initiatives.
• Verifying and maintaining accurate timekeeping and attendance records.
• Collaborating closely with other departments.
• Participating in company audits and other projects related to HR administration & Payroll division.

What do we expect from you?

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR.
• Good knowledge labor regulations.
• B2 written and spoken English communication skills.
• High attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, and critical thinking.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Availability to work on-site.

• Compensation: In Lithuania, the salary for this position is from 2700 EUR/gross, based on your skills, competencies, and experience.
