We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a critical platform track within a large-scale transformation program. The project focuses on the migration from SAS Mainframe and SAS Windows environments to SAS Viya, ensuring the new platform is fully prepared, stable, and scalable for user onboarding starting in 2026.

This role requires a senior, delivery-driven profile who can effectively drive execution, manage stakeholders, and ensure accountability across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the platform track within the SAS Viya migration program
• Ensure the SAS Viya platform readiness and scalability for future user onboarding
• Drive delivery by actively pushing and following up with teams responsible for execution
• Manage multiple workstreams and dependencies across large, integrated IT systems
• Translate technical context into clear project communication for stakeholders
• Proactively manage risks, issues, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate closely with engineering, infrastructure, and platform teams
• Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior stakeholders

Requirements – Must Have

• Senior-level experience as an IT Project Manager
• Strong, structured project management approach with a delivery mindset
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with large, integrated IT systems
• Ability to understand and communicate technical language and context used by engineers
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to actively push execution and ensure follow-up across teams
• Availability to work on-site in Vilnius
