Lithuanian Marketing Association (LiMA) is one of the largest professional organizations in Lithuania, uniting more than 1,400 marketing specialists and executives. Our mission is to strengthen marketing in Lithuania.

LiMA runs a variety of projects and key strategic initiatives, therefore we are looking to welcome a Communications Professional to our team who would contribute to the development and implementation of our communications strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing LiMA’s communications strategy;
• Planning and executing internal and external communications activities;
• Building and maintaining relationships with the media and stakeholders;
• Proactive collaboration with external communications partners;
• Shaping and strengthening the Association’s image.

What we expect from you:

• A completed or ongoing higher education degree in communications or social sciences;
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of communications;
• Project management experience;
• Excellent content creation and writing skills in Lithuanian and English;
• Proactivity and creativity;
• Diplomacy and professionalism.
