Technical Support Lead

Technical Support Lead - Luxembourg - Permanent - Up to 91,500 EUR

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Technical Support Lead to join our Luxembourg based global law firm on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced, client-facing IT support, particularly to partners and senior stakeholders in the Luxembourg office
• Act as the local technical lead and escalation point, guiding and mentoring the local IT team
• Lead VIP support and ensure exceptional service delivery standards are maintained
• Coordinate with global IT teams and represent Luxembourg in firmwide technology initiatives
• Manage and improve local technical operations (e.g., SCCM/Intune, OS builds, asset management)
• Support implementation and testing of new desktop technologies, tools, and global IT projects
• Lead incident, problem, and change escalation locally in the absence of the Regional Tech Manager
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, training, documentation, and internal IT communications
• Collaborate with Legal Tech and Learning & Development to improve user adoption and tech readiness
• Help evaluate vendor solutions and manage local procurement in line with global policies
• Promote IT best practices, process improvement (Lean/Agile), and compliance with ITIL standards

Key Experience / Skills Required

• Excellent client service, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and upskill technical teams
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Office tools, Citrix, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android)
• Knowledge of Document Management Systems (e.g., iManage) and legal applications
• Understanding of ITIL, Change and Problem Management processes
• Experience with OS imaging, Intune/SCCM packaging, and enterprise desktop support
• Experience working within a legal environment
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) – additional languages are a plus
• Proactive, analytical, and committed to continuous improvement and innovation
