What you’ll bring:

• Strong experience with Java (17+) and modern frameworks like Spring / Spring Boot
• Solid background in API development
• Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, WireMock, Cucumber, TestContainers)
• Hands-on experience with Azure environments & CI/CD pipelines
• A broad full-stack technical understanding
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to have:

• Coaching or mentoring experience
• Performance optimization & debugging skills
• Monitoring / observability experience
