As Scrum Master for a multidisciplinary DevOps team, you’ll help deliver high-quality, real-time data services used by government bodies, traffic centres and mobility providers across the country.
What you’ll do
- Guide a self-managing DevOps team in applying Agile principles, ensuring smooth ceremonies, processes and delivery.
- Support the team in designing, building and maintaining scalable backend systems for real-time data collection and distribution.
- Safeguard team processes: sprint planning, refinements, retrospectives, demos, stand-ups, Kanban, backlog hygiene, metrics and sprint close-outs.
- Foster continuous learning and alignment with other teams and release train stakeholders within a SAFe environment.
- Coordinate with external partners (government bodies, regional authorities, commercial users) to keep communication clear and efficient.
- Contribute to team recruitment, onboarding and basic HR-related processes.
- Ensure the team stays focused, effective and protected from unnecessary interruptions.

- A proactive, service-oriented mindset — you enjoy helping teams grow and deliver their best work.
- Master’s-level working/thinking ability.
