About the Job
Nutricia Research Centre for Specialized Nutrition is a state-of-the-art Life Science innovation hub dedicated to developing new product concepts for Specialized Nutrition. We create clinically substantiated formulas for vulnerable consumers - infants, toddlers, elderly, and patients.
For the Specialized Nutrition Research & Innovation (SN R&I) division, we are seeking a Product Excellence Manager to join the Center of Excellence (CoE) team in the Early Life Nutrition (ELN) category. This team focuses on improving efficiencies, defining competency strategies, and driving digitalization. The role will support the Cybele digital transformation project, which aims to harmonize ingredient and recipe specification management between R&I and factories.
About Cybele
Cybele is a global End-to-End Product Life Cycle Management tool being implemented across Danone R&I by 2027. The program is in an advanced stage, and additional support is needed to ensure high-quality data migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Cybele implementation within R&I and at the R&I-factory interface.
- Evaluate and cross-check data across multiple systems (old/new PLM, formulation tools, dashboards).
- Upgrade recipe data by ensuring completeness and quality.
- Communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.
- Represent category needs within the Cybele program team.
- Collaborate with an international, dynamic team of experts.
Qualifcations:
Education: Master's in Food Technology, Chemical or Food Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Food Technology or Product Development.
Skills:
- Data-savvy; proficient in Excel.
- Understanding of PLM tools and data flows (e.g., SAP, Artemis, dashboards).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable to change.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
