On behalf our consultancy client, Montash is currently looking for an AI Engineer who’s passionate about turning cutting-edge AI into practical, real-world solutions. In this role, you’ll take the lead on integrating large language models (LLMs) into production systems, helping to deliver scalable, responsible, and high-impact AI applications.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing, building, and deploying LLM-powered applications using LangChain and similar frameworks
• Integrating APIs from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, and Mistral into enterprise platforms
• Deploying and serving models using tools like MLflow, Flask, FastAPI, or Triton Inference Server
• Building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that connect LLMs with enterprise data sources
• Ensuring responsible AI practices, including bias detection, content moderation, explainability, and safety
• Monitoring model performance in production and driving continuous improvement

What we’re looking for

• Strong Python skills with solid experience in data handling (NumPy, Pandas, SQL)
• Hands-on experience deploying models, integrating APIs, and working with LLM frameworks
• Familiarity with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Qdrant (a plus)
• Experience working with Azure cloud services and MLOps best practices
