Senior Android Developer | hybrid model

We are supporting a leading industrial group with a strong international presence in the recruitment of a Senior Android Developer to join a technical team responsible for developing mission-critical payment and mobility solutions, used across multiple markets.

This is a solid technical challenge within a demanding industrial and technological environment, with real impact on the business.

The challenge

• Develop and evolve native Android applications using Java/Kotlin;
• Work on payment solutions and transactional systems deployed across different geographies;
• Actively contribute to technical decisions, architecture improvements and code quality;
• Identify and solve complex problems, ensuring robustness, security and scalability;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a mature technical environment.

The profile we’re looking for

• Solid experience (+4/5 years) in native Android development;
• Strong proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin;
• Experience with Android SDK and IPC mechanisms (e.g. AIDL);
• Previous experience with payment terminals, embedded systems or critical environments is a plus;
• Autonomy, critical thinking and a strong sense of technical ownership.
