We are now looking for a Data Visualization & Asset Management Analyst that is willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

Are you the one?

1️⃣ Experience: 10+ years of experience in asset management and data visualization, including:

• Managing CMDBs in ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools
• Building interactive dashboards with Power BI
• Handling IT asset discovery, lifecycle, classification, and reconciliation
• Leading data quality processes and exception handling

2️⃣ Technical stack:

• Power BI (Desktop, Service, Dataflows)
• CMDB tools (ServiceNow)
• Reference data tools like MAP
• Data reporting, automation, scheduling
• Optional: ETL, SQL, cloud assets, scripting

3️⃣ Functional context: Previous experience in data governance, inventory control, and IT asset management; familiarity with ITIL or ISO 19770 is a plus.

4️⃣ Methodology: Knowledge of ITSM best practices; strong documentation and reporting skills; experience in audit preparation and compliance support.

5️⃣ Languages: Fluent English (mandatory)

6️⃣ Soft skills:

• Ability to influence and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Ownership and accountability

7️⃣ Location: Lisbon – hybrid model, long-term project in a Wealth Management context (2-year duration)
