We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator (HR Administration and Payroll) 50% (m/f/d) to join our dynamic People & Culture team in Lucerne, Switzerland.
Responsabilities:
- Monthly payroll processing and payroll administration
- Handling social insurance matters, including sickness and accident reporting
- Managing withholding tax settlements
- Maintaining HR master data and preparing reports and statistics
- Advising employees and managers on employment law–related topics
- Contributing to group-wide HR projects, process optimisation, and continuous improvement
- Daily collaboration with colleagues across European locations, using English regularly
What you bring:
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in payroll and HR administration
- Very good MS Office skills
- Strong communication skills in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
- A conscientious, structured, and independent working style
- Strong team spirit, service mindset, and excellent communication skills
