We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator (HR Administration and Payroll) 50% (m/f/d) to join our dynamic People & Culture team in Lucerne, Switzerland.


Responsabilities:

  • Monthly payroll processing and payroll administration
  • Handling social insurance matters, including sickness and accident reporting
  • Managing withholding tax settlements
  • Maintaining HR master data and preparing reports and statistics
  • Advising employees and managers on employment law–related topics
  • Contributing to group-wide HR projects, process optimisation, and continuous improvement
  • Daily collaboration with colleagues across European locations, using English regularly


What you bring:

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in payroll and HR administration
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
  • A conscientious, structured, and independent working style
  • Strong team spirit, service mindset, and excellent communication skills
