In this role, you will be the right hand to the Founder of Fuelerate, a fast-growing growth partner for Shopify brands. The work you do will directly shape the team, remove chaos, and free up the Founder’s time so the company can scale faster.

What you’ll do

HR & People Operations

  • run hiring end-to-end
  • write and post job ads
  • screen and shortlist candidates
  • schedule and coordinate interviews
  • support onboarding/offboarding
  • maintain hiring dashboards and KPIs
  • improve processes, not just follow them


Executive Assistant to the Founder

  • organize priorities and follow-ups
  • support inbox and calendar organization
  • send contracts and documents
  • update Google Sheets and trackers
  • book flights/travel when needed
  • take work off the Founder’s plate before being asked


This is not “just admin work.”

You will be trusted with meaningful responsibility from day one.


You’re a great fit if you have

  • experience in HR / recruiting / people ops
  • experience as Executive Assistant or Operations support
  • strong English (written + spoken)
  • strong Google Sheets ability
  • proactive, independent working style
  • comfort in fast-moving environments


Bonus points for agency/startup experience, ClickUp/ATS experience, or KPI/dashboard experience.

Details

Type: Part-time to start → fast track to full-time

Location: Remote

Timezone: Some overlap required

Reports to: Founder

Compensation: $1,200–$2,000/month (Full time), depending on experience, higher compensation is possible for an exceptional candidate.
