Founding Full-Stack Engineer - Stockholm - OPEN TO RELOCATION

I’m currently working with a well-funded AI startup that’s quietly building one of the most ambitious products in the agentic systems space, and they’re looking for strong Founding Full Stack Engineers to join the team!

The company has recently closed a $6M seed round led by a top-tier global VC and is now scaling a world-class engineering team to meet rapidly growing demand.

The Product

This team is building a self-learning, autonomous marketing organization -

• 20+ AI agents operating across data, strategy, creative, and execution — all coordinated by a central “super-agent” that works alongside human marketers like a real teammate. These agents don’t just generate ideas; they communicate, learn, execute, and iterate autonomously across channels.
• The platform is already live and trusted by dozens of agencies and hundreds of brands, saving teams over 60% of their time. Demand is strong, customers are expanding, and the technical challenges ahead are both deep and exciting.

The Role

As a Founding Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll be building the core systems that power this agentic platform. You’ll have real ownership from day one, shaping architecture, product decisions, and engineering culture alongside the founders and AI engineers.

What you’ll work on:

• Building and maintaining features across the entire stack (frontend, backend, infrastructure)
• Owning systems end-to-end: architecture, implementation, deployment, and iteration
• Translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into intuitive, delightful user experiences
• Driving the full development lifecycle, from planning to launch to post-release improvements
• Helping define the company’s technical direction, engineering culture, and product strategy

What They’re Looking For -

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack products
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern backend development
• Solid understanding of systems design, scalability, and performance trade-offs
• Strong product intuition and the judgment to balance speed with long-term technical foundations
• Experience with or strong interest in agentic systems is a big plus
