Founding AI Engineer
Multi-Agent Systems 🤖 | LLMs 🧠 | Production AI ⚙️ | Full-Stack
We’re working with an early-stage, VC-backed AI company hiring a Founding AI Engineer to join a senior, engineering-led team building a production-grade multi-agent system within the marketing industry.
This is a hands-on, onsite role in Stockholm, focused on scaling a live product already used by hundreds of brands. You’ll be working at the core of the system, not research prototypes, not API glue.
The role:
🤖 Build and evolve autonomous specialist agents
🧠 Design multi-agent orchestration, routing, memory, and collaboration
🔧 Improve a proprietary agentic framework used in production
📊 Train and adapt models on large proprietary datasets
🚀 Scale reliability and performance as customer demand grows
🤝 Work closely with founders and product teams on real user problems
What they’re looking for:
🧠 Experience building multi-agent or agentic AI systems in production
🛠️ Strong ML / AI engineering depth beyond simple API usage
⚙️ Solid full-stack or systems engineering background
🏗️ Startup or scale-up experience with end-to-end ownership
🚀 Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with strong engineering judgement
Package:
