User Interface Designer/ UX/UI Designer /Content Designer- No Sponsorship - Sweden based candidates
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- eCommerce Expertise:
· Demand: Solid understanding of eCommerce UX best practices with a strong portfolio of successful user experiences designed to drive conversion.
· Desire: Experience with large-scale retail brands and familiarity with Customer.
- Data-Driven UX Design:
· Demand: Understanding on web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Content square) and A/B testing platforms. Skilled in interpreting data to make UX design recommendations.
· Desire: Familiarity with tools specific to conversion rate optimization.
- Visual Design Skills:
· Demand: Strong visual design skills with experience in Figma. Ability to create high-quality, visually engaging interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
· Desire: Experience with Customer's design language or similar modular design systems in a large-scale retail setting.
- Agile Development Environment:
· Demand: Prior experience working within an Agile framework, with a comfort level in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
