What is the project about?

For the ServiceNow Order Management domain, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master for the ServiceNow for Delivery teams and the related Software Defined Networking (SDN) team. As a Scrum Master, you add value by ensuring that the people in the teams can perform their work to the best of their ability, while continuing to strive for a next level of maturity for the team and the individual. You ensure that the teams become a step faster, smarter and more stable every sprint. You create a safe, learning environment, facilitate flow and help the organization deliver value across the entire chain.

Your impact goes beyond your own team. We expect you to make an active contribution in the Scrum Master group and thus also have an impact on the department.

ServiceNow Order Management

ServiceNow is our target platform for order management and the delivery of the Smart Combinations portfolio consisting of Voice and Networking services. In the IT chain, ServiceNow Order Management acts as an orchestrator between sales, billing, provisioning and service platforms and third parties, so that network, telephony and security services are delivered integrally and standardly.

As a Scrum Master You Are Responsible For

  • Continuous improvement: you challenge yourself and the team towards high performance through empirical work, transparency and inspection/adaptation
  • Team dynamics & safety: you build a culture in which asking for help and giving feedback are normal.
  • Ceremonies & coaching: you facilitate Scrum events and stimulate a strong feedback culture
  • Removing impediments: you identify obstacles in process, technology or collaboration and help solve them effectively.
  • Value focus: you support the Product Owner, Domain Director, Chapter Coach and stakeholders so that the team works on items with the highest customer value
  • Securing a way of working: you share and monitor essential processes and compliance agreements.
  • You will work closely with other teams within the other domains of B2BS IT (from sales to provisioning and invoicing).

Requirements

  • HBO work and thinking level, at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Demonstrable experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
  • Strong coaching skills at individual and team level.
  • Able to challenge engineering practices (including CI/CD, test automation and OPS management).
  • Experience in mapping MVPs and targeting stakeholders towards maximum customer value.
  • Continuous learning and expanding knowledge; You take the team and yourself to the next level of maturity.
