Role: AI Engineer

Location: Remote (within Poland)

Language: must be fluent in Polish and English languages

Responsibilities:

• Design, operate, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Polish-language AI models.
• Evaluate system performance using existing benchmarking frameworks and recommend accuracy and efficiency improvements.
• Enhance data ingestion workflows, chunking strategies, and multimodal pipeline capabilities.
• Integrate and improve audio and video processing components (e.g., Whisper), including advanced metadata, table, and image extraction.
• Build, execute, and maintain benchmarking scripts for GenAI and RAG systems, focusing on metrics such as accuracy, TTFT, and TTOT.
• Partner closely with DevOps and Data Engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and production-grade AI solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with embedding models and vectorization techniques.
• Proven expertise in benchmarking and evaluating GenAI and RAG systems (accuracy, TTFT, TTOT).
• Solid background in multimodal data extraction, including OCR, audio/video processing, table extraction, and complex document understanding.
• Native or fluent Polish speaker with experience working on Polish-language Large Language Models (LLMs).
