EU Data Compliance & Customer Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Europe-based specialist to support GDPR and health data compliance for a Bluetooth-connected medical device used by patients. This role also includes product and customer support responsibilities, acting as a key point of contact for European users.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the European contact for GDPR and health data compliance
• Support internal teams on data protection and regulatory requirements
• Handle product and customer support queries related to connected medical devices
• Collaborate with global teams across different time zones
• Support documentation and processes related to data privacy and compliance

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in GDPR, health data, medical devices or a similar role
• Experience in product, customer or medical information support (device-focused)
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Fluent English (Polish language skills preferred)
• Set up or willing to set up as as freelancer
