Location: Remote from Poland
Assignment Start Date: ASAP and latest 01.02.26
Assignment Duration: Until 30.09.26 with an option for extension

Summary: The Senior Digital Scrum Master will play a critical role in facilitating Agile practices within Client’s existing development team, particularly for customer-related projects. The goal is to enhance team performance and delivery while ensuring alignment with digital development processes.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile best practices.
Lead the team in adopting Lean-Agile principles.
Ensure smooth communication across cross-functional teams.
Engage with stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Utilize Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) effectively.
Assist in the continuous improvement and monitoring of team performance.

Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer (RTE).
Proven experience in managing case-based leadership styles.
Deep understanding of digital development processes and technologies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Relevant Scrum Master certifications (SAFe SM or Agile).
Experience working in DevOps teams in various roles.

Nice to Have:

Experience with customer-centric project management.
Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
Ability to work in nearshore collaboration (+/- 1 hour time zone from Denmark).
Willingness to travel for larger events.
