Your New Role

As a Developer, you will blend deep technical execution with strategic team leadership. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of software development, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Technical Execution: Architecting and maintaining high-quality software using PHP and modern frameworks while managing frontend integrations (HTML/CSS/JS).
• Database & API Design: Overseeing MySQL optimization, multi-site architecture, and the seamless integration of external systems like payment gateways and SMS.
• Team Leadership: Managing project milestones, resource allocation, and fostering a culture of accountability through hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Code Governance: Leading code reviews, enforcing version control standards, and driving refactoring initiatives to ensure long-term codebase health.
• Client Consultation: Translating complex client requirements into technical specifications and proposing scalable MVP solutions.
• Risk & Quality Management: Identifying project risks early, managing realistic timelines, and overseeing pre-release QA to ensure system stability.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you must be a technical heavyweight with the leadership gravitas to manage both people and projects.

• Core PHP Expertise: Deep mastery of modern PHP syntax, performance tuning, and security best practices. Experience with frameworks like Yii2 or Laravel is essential.
• Full-Stack Awareness: Proficiency in JavaScript/AJAX and familiarity with rich text editors and UI/UX refinement.
• Database Mastery: Advanced skills in MySQL indexing, query optimization, and multi-site database architecture.
• Strategic Leadership: Proven experience in resource planning, risk-aware scheduling, and cross-functional communication with designers and clients.
• Architecture & Automation: Ability to design multi-site/multilingual architectures and a passion for automating workflows to reduce repetitive tasks.
