The Opportunity
We are partnering exclusively with a fast-growing hospitality business in Dubai that is entering a period of significant hyper-growth in 2026, with plans to increase overall headcount by 85%.
As part of this next phase, the business is looking to appoint a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology vision, scale platforms and teams, and ensure technology becomes a true growth enabler across the organisation.
This is a senior leadership role with real influence at board and executive level.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and define the technology strategy and roadmap, aligned to business growth and expansion plans
- Lead, build, and scale high-performing engineering and technology teams
- Oversee architecture, platform scalability, reliability, and security
- Drive modernisation of systems, integrations, and data platforms where required
- Partner closely with the executive team on commercial, operational, and customer-experience initiatives
- Ensure best practices across engineering, DevOps, data, and cloud infrastructure
- Manage technology budgets, vendors, and long-term technical decisions
What Weβre Looking For
- Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or Head of Technology in a scaling business
- Extensive experience operating in European markets
- Strong background in hospitality or travel technology (MUST)
- Experience leading technology through rapid growth and organisational change
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience building technology for customer-facing, high-availability platforms
