We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in Figma to design intuitive, scalable, and visually polished mobile and web application interfaces. The role requires a balance of user experience thinking and high-quality UI execution, with ownership of design flows from concept to developer handoff.
Key Responsibilities
UI UX Design
- Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for mobile (iOS Android) and web platforms
- Translate product requirements into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces
- Ensure consistency, usability, and visual quality across all screens and platforms
- Improve existing designs based on usability feedback and product iterations
- Create and maintain design systems including components, styles, typography, and layouts
- Use Auto Layout, variants, and reusable components efficiently in Figma
- Maintain clean, well-structured Figma files and libraries
- Prepare developer-ready designs with clear specs and interaction details
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Participate in design reviews, sprint discussions, and feedback sessions
- Support developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy
- Ensure smooth handover from design to development
Required Skills Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer
- Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
- Proven experience designing mobile applications and responsive web interfaces
- Good understanding of UX principles, usability, and user-centered design
- Strong visual design skills (layout, spacing, typography, color)
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience with fintech, SaaS, or consumer-facing apps
- Familiarity with design systems and scalable UI frameworks
- Understanding of mobile platform guidelines (iOS Android)
- Basic knowledge of frontend constraints and workflows
- Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Open to feedback and iterative improvements
- Exposure to Adobe Products ( Photoshop/ Illustrator/ InDesign)
- Candidates must share a portfolio showcasing UI/UX work, preferably including mobile app projects and end-to-end design examples.
- The work location is Yas Bay, Waterfront, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.
