Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) in our Dubai operations. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational HR experience who are looking to grow their HR career by working closely with an HRBP in a fast-paced, international environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HRBP
  • Assist with HR operations including onboarding, probation tracking, confirmation, and offboarding processes
  • Support employee records management, HR documentation, and filing
  • Assist in handling employee inquiries and basic employee relations matters under HRBP guidance
  • Coordinate recruitment activities such as CV screening, interview scheduling, and offer documentation
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of HR reports, trackers, and databases
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and internal HR policies
  • Support performance review cycles, KPI / OKR documentation, and people development initiatives
  • Assist in updating HR SOPs, policies, and internal documentation
  • Coordinate with regional HR teams on cross-border HR tasks when required


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Assistant, HR Executive, or HR Generalist support role
  • Basic understanding of HR processes; exposure to UAE labour law is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting senior HR stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Proficient in English; proficiency in Urdu, Hindi, or other South Asian languages (including Pakistan languages) is a strong advantage.
