IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end project delivery: Oversee vendor selection, planning, execution, budgeting, deployment, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate with business teams: Gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Ensure system design alignment: Validate that the solution meets operational needs and scalability requirements.
• Oversee testing and deployment: Manage system testing, user acceptance, and go-live activities.
• Vendor management: Identify, evaluate, and select technology vendors for development and integration; maintain strong relationships with external partners for smooth collaboration.
• Implement best practices: Apply industry standards for system development and project management.
• Resource planning: Propose, allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project objectives.
• Timeline management: Develop and monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Regular status updates: Provide consistent progress reports to stakeholders and escalate issues proactively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in IT project management, strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes is an advantage
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Mature, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
