Business Development Representative

Location - Dubai, UAE


We’re partnering with a fast-growing fintech business based in Dubai who are hiring a Business Development Representative as part of their commercial growth strategy. They are looking for sales-hungry individuals who have an interest in working within the blockchain finance/crypto/fintech domain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective enterprise customers
  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Research accounts and map key decision-makers
  • Book meetings and demos for senior sales team members
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
  • Support sales campaigns, events, and wider BD activity


Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • 3+ years’ experience in SDR, BD, or inside sales roles
  • Exposure to tech, fintech, or SaaS environments preferred
  • Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
