Senior Project Manager – High-Rise / Mixed-Use Developments
About the Role
A leading real estate developer is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale, high-value developments. This role sits within the core project delivery team and is responsible for managing complex construction projects from early design through to completion.
The role requires a strong on-site presence, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and internal leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large-scale construction projects from inception through handover
- Manage full project lifecycle including design coordination, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Oversee consultants, contractors, and specialist subcontractors to ensure programme, cost, and quality targets are met
- Act as the primary interface between internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
- Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership, including programme, cost, and risk reporting
- Manage project risks, variations, and contractual matters
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Candidate Profile
- 15+ years’ experience delivering large-scale construction projects (residential, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial)
- Strong background working for developers, PMCs, or main contractors
- Experience delivering high-rise buildings (15–35+ storeys) or large-scale developments
- Proven ability to manage projects valued at AED 200M+
- Confident communicator able to present to senior stakeholders and leadership
- Strong commercial awareness and decision-making capability
