Are you our new Production Engineer P145 in Oslo?
We need to improve on chemical control and make life easier for our production environment and based on that, we will introduce a new role within NOA P145, called Production Engineer. If you find this interesting, you might be our new production engineer. You will be a part of our Production environment and report to PCC planning & control manager. This position is located at Oslo Airport, Gardermoen, but you might have to travel to ARN and CPH to support on projects locally. This position will work daytime Monday to Friday.
When you are all set and comfortable in your role, your daily tasks will be to support production in additionally tasks as FAI process, support production with amendments on scheduled tasks/mods together with CAMO across all base and line stations.

You Will Be Responsible For
The role involves supporting P145 production by managing and resolving engineering-related cases. The position also requires following up on chemicals and datasheets for both known and unknown products. The successful candidate will perform First Article Inspections (FAI) on engineering orders, modifications, and new maintenance program tasks. In addition, the role includes following up on Technical Assistance cases in AMOS. The position further focuses on improving work processes by developing efficient workflows, work procedures, and effective interfaces with other departments within P145 and CAMO.
This Job Will Be For You If
- You have a degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years in aircraft maintenance planning or production control
- Knowledge of EASA Part-145 and Part-M regulations
- Proficiency in maintenance planning software and MS Office
- Experience in aviation or a comparable industry
- Experience in maintenance-related operations
- Experience with engineering tasks
- Familiarity with AMOS or other maintenance management systems is a plus
- Adaptable and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a compliance-focused mindset
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Works effectively both independently and in teams
- Able to develop and maintain good working relationships with suppliers and colleagues at all levels
- Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language
