Senior Leadership Role

A leading, high-growth organisation is seeking a Head of Technology & Analytics to take end-to-end ownership of its technology, data, analytics, and AI capabilities. This is a highly visible leadership role, responsible for driving large-scale modernisation, value realisation, and scalable platform delivery aligned to business strategy.

You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational accountability, leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes at pace while shaping the organisation’s future technology and analytics landscape.

The Role

As Head of Technology & Analytics, you will:

• Define and execute the organisation’s data, advanced analytics, and AI strategy, aligned to IT strategy and business priorities.
• Establish strong product management practices, with clear ownership, roadmaps, prioritisation, and value measurement.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams across engineering, product, data, QA, and DevOps.
• Translate business goals into clear product roadmaps, prioritised backlogs, and measurable KPIs/OKRs.
• Build and scale DevOps, automation, and platform engineering capabilities.
• Define and embed quality assurance and testing strategies across the delivery lifecycle.
• Lead the development of modern data platforms (data lakes, streaming, BI, reporting).
• Establish data, analytics, AI, and MLOps platforms to support scalable model development and deployment.
• Define responsible AI and ML governance standards.
• Identify and prioritise high-value analytics and AI use cases with measurable business impact.
• Own data architecture, modelling standards, and master data management.
• Manage budgets across applications, platforms, data, and AI.
• Drive cost optimisation through reuse, automation, rationalisation, and responsible AI adoption.

About You

You are a senior technology leader who brings both vision and execution.

You have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in senior technology leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, product, data, and analytics.
• A strong track record delivering complex transformation and modernisation initiatives.
• Experience in product-led, agile delivery environments.
• Deep exposure to data platforms, advanced analytics, business intelligence, and AI.
