Are you a passionate Software Engineer looking to make a difference in vehicle safety and comfort? Join our innovative team dedicated to developing cutting-edge driver monitoring technology! This rapidly growing field focuses on life-saving products such as driver drowsiness and attention monitoring, as well as seat belt recognition. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the overall driving experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement software solutions for driver monitoring systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various interior sensing features, including seat occupancy monitoring and gesture recognition.
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial development experience.
- Proficiency in C++ programming.
- Basic knowledge of embedded systems programming.
- Familiarity with software engineering tools and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- 5+ years of experience in software development using multiple languages, including C and Python.
- 2+ years of experience in Agile development environments.
- Understanding of structured software development processes (CI/CD, Automotive SPICE) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Polarion, GIT).
- Experience working in multi-regional or multi-site development teams.
- Familiarity with distributed software architectures.
- Main programming language: C++
- Supporting language: Python
- Development tools: Standard C++ toolchain for embedded applications.
