Product Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager of OMS technology to join one of the largest athleisure wear companies in North America. This role involves managing stakeholders from both product and technical perspectives, with a portion of the job dedicated to people management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a new B2B technology stack, leveraging IBM Sterling for B2B applications, being utilized for alternative channels such as franchise partners and wholesale. This area has not had a significant digital presence, and the candidate will play a crucial role in transforming it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including the tech team, B2B business stakeholders, and OMS counterparts.
• Product Development: Lead the development and implementation of a new B2B technology stack.
• Technology Utilization: Utilize IBM Sterling for B2B applications and similar technology stacks for franchise partners and alternative channels.
• Digital Transformation: Drive digital presence and transformation in areas lacking significant digital engagement.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.

Must-haves:

• 3–5 years of experience as a seasoned Product Manager with a background in OMS applications.
• Proven experience in product management, ideally in B2B technology stacks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, navigate complex relationships, and influence decision-making.
• Ability to advocate for product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
• Familiarity with IBM Sterling or similar technology stacks.
• Experience in digital transformation and enhancing digital presence.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, fostering collaboration and accountability.
