Senior Penetration Tester (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing)

6–8 years of experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment

• Perform routine penetration testing on infrastructure and applications to identify security vulnerabilities
  

• Conduct vulnerability assessments in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal information security policies
  

• Execute manual and automated penetration testing across networks, systems, and applications
  

• Analyze findings, assess risk levels, and provide clear remediation recommendations
  

• Prepare and deliver detailed penetration testing reports for technical teams and security leadership
  

• Validate remediation actions and perform re-testing to ensure vulnerabilities are effectively resolved
  

• Ensure testing activities comply with BNP Paribas security standards and industry best practices
  

• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and security teams to improve overall security posture
  

• Support audit and regulatory compliance initiatives through evidence and reporting
  

• Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and attack techniques
  

• 6–8 years of experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)
  

• Strong experience with infrastructure and application penetration testing
  

• Solid understanding of security standards, regulatory requirements, and internal security policies
  

• Experience identifying and validating security vulnerabilities and misconfigurations
  

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  

• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with global security teams
