- Position Type: Contract
- Contract Duration: 1 year (potential for extension)
- Start: As Soon As Possible (January 2026)
- Pay Rate: C$40-50/hour
- Schedule: Flexible — Day, Evening, and possible Weekend shifts
- 7.5 hours/day
- Must be flexible to work either day or evening shifts as required
- Overtime: Possible

- Provide technical support to users, often via conference bridges or virtual collaboration tools.
- Perform technical work on servers and desktop environments.
- Remotely access and troubleshoot user desktops.
- Communicate issues, resolutions, and next steps clearly to end users.
- Coordinate and monitor technical system inquiries.
- Support enterprise cybersecurity initiatives related to access, authentication, and system protection.
- Follow established processes and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Liaise with internal teams and service providers as needed.
- 2-4 years of relevant IT support or technical experience
- Experience providing one-on-one technical support to users
- Strong foundational knowledge of servers, desktops, and basic IT infrastructure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Networking fundamentals
- Understanding of multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Prior experience supporting enterprise users in a remote environment
- Technical background or post-secondary technical education preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and possible weekends
- Strong collaboration skills and customer-focused mindset
