What You'll Do:
🔹 Serve as Scrum Master for data science, ML engineering, and data platform teams
🔹 Coach teams, Product Owners, and the organization on Scrum & Agile best practices
🔹 Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies with clear objectives and actionable outcomes
🔹 Establish metrics for team performance and delivery predictability
🔹 Proactively remove impediments and resolve complex cross-functional blockers
🔹 Drive continuous improvement through effective Retrospectives
🔹 Partner with Product Owners to maintain refined, prioritized backlogs
🔹 Navigate the data & AI product lifecycle (feature stores, ETL/ELT pipelines, model deployment)
🔹 Balance research, experimentation, and exploratory analysis with committed deliverables
🔹 Define "Done" criteria for data pipelines, quality, integrity, and compliance
🔹 Manage dependencies and risks in large-scale data and AI projects
