About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven Data Analyst to step into a meaningful contract role with a growing organization in the real estate and property management space. You will play a critical part in ensuring continuity and stability within the Marketing and Research function during a leave period, supporting business decisions that directly impact portfolio performance and growth.

Working closely with a collaborative and experienced team, including senior leadership, you will contribute insights that influence pricing, market positioning, and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating data into clear, actionable insights and is comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Your Responsibilities

• You will analyze market data, including rents, demographics, and economic indicators, to support pricing and business decisions
• You will build, maintain, and update Excel-based models and reports used by senior leadership
• You will prepare clear, accurate reports and presentations that translate data into actionable insights
• You will support variance analysis at both the asset and portfolio level
• You will assist with research related to acquisitions, due diligence, and market assessments
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and share insights

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an analytical, research, or reporting-focused role
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables
• Experience working with data analytics and recurring reporting
• Ability to interpret and summarize market, demographic, or performance data
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up
• Background in real estate, finance, consulting, or a related analytical environment is an asset but not required
