Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with administration in an international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- Experience with global travel coordination, with the knowledge of process, project, and program management practices.
- Ability to establish trust with executive leaders, and to manage and prioritize their calendars and needs.
- Ability to navigate and manage engaging priorities.
- Ability to engage with a multiple range of people and job functions.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a changing work environment, advocating a positive and exciting culture.

Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and priorities for YouTube executives and work efficiently within a changing environment.
- Coordinate conflicting calendar across multiple timezones, including global travel arrangements including visa arrangements.
- Collaborate with executive internal and external C-level and public figures. Build relationships at every level. Craft team communications for internal and external audiences.
- Plan multiple end-to-end events including summits, offsites, onsites or partner events, speaking engagements and leadership summits with internal and external audiences.
- Support planning of industry engagement events across the region, work in partnership with cross-functional teams. Work across multiple timezones engaging with global teams. Be a member of the YouTube Administrative Business Partner Community, and contribute to Product Area (PA) site and culture initiatives.
