● 3–6+ years of experience in UX, UI, or Product Design.
● Hands-on experience creating or maintaining a design system or large-scale component library. ● Strong visual and interaction design skills, with attention to detail.
● Solid understanding of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
● Experience working closely with engineers in a product development environment.
● Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma), including component libraries and design tokens. Nice to Have
● Experience designing for enterprise, government, or complex workflow-based products.
● Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g. React, CSS, design tokens) to better collaborate with engineers.
● Experience setting up design system governance models.
