Our client is a well-funded, fast-scaling digital assets platform building the infrastructure powering institutional crypto adoption. Demand is growing, the market is maturing, and they’re now ready to bring in a Crypto Sales Director who can take their APAC book to the next level.

What you’ll be doing:
- Owning high-value institutional sales: hedge funds, prop trading firms, market makers, asset managers
- Building deep client relationships and navigating long, consultative sales cycles
- Developing and executing a go-to-market strategy targeting high-volume, high-complexity clients
- Collaborating with product and leadership to influence roadmap and revenue direction
- Representing the business externally as a trusted market expert
What we’re looking for:
- Strong track record selling into institutional crypto or digital asset clients
- Ability to navigate complex technical products and explain them with clarity
- Deep understanding of trading, liquidity, exchange infrastructure or digital markets
- Someone who mixes commercial instinct with strategic thinking — not just a closer, but a builder
- A network across funds, trading firms, or institutional finance that you’re comfortable leveraging
- Ambition — the kind that thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments
